Kia ora and Happy New Year.

I hope you and your families have enjoyed the holiday festivities and spent some quality time relaxing and enjoying the good weather.

The Lifekidz School Holiday Program is in full swing as we entertain a multitude of stunning young people who are spending nearly all day in the water play area, the shaded sand pit, or the sensory pergola to name a few popular activities. The new water play area, luckily, was finished a few days before the holidays and it has been so essential in this hot weather.

We are currently preparing for Term 1, getting the bookings organized for the After School Program and gearing up for the return of our lovely young adult Day Program group.

I am excited about the coming year and the development of new strengths-based plans for this group, new external activities, and some new staff. Fresh eyes are always good.

We hope to spend more time getting to know our parents and care givers making time to meet and get your feedback and insights into the loved ones you entrust to us.

As we embark on another year, please be aware that my door is always open for you to pop in, or phone or send a message. I want you to feel comfortable that the communication between us is open and transparent. New parents and care givers are always welcome to call me and request further information.
